Started in 2015 by local residents Edward and Melissa Arens, E&M Outdoor Services has evolved into one of the fastest growing lawn care providers in the Wright County area. Built on communication and customer service, this is "Where Lawn Care Meets Excellence."

Edward Arens
Owner
As Owner and Managing Partner of E&M Outdoor Services, Edward is always engrossed in every aspect of the business. With his extensive knowledge in landscape management & design, as well as a true love for the outdoors, he enjoys working with clients and developing partnerships with many other business owners in the green industry. You can always find Ed enjoying golf, fishing and spending time with his family.

Melissa Arens
Co-Owner/Accounting
Born and raised in Buffalo, MN; Melissa received her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Christopher Newport University in Virginia. After graduation, Melissa returned home to Minnesota where she earned her Master's in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas. Having had an illustrious career with such large corporations as Target and Cargill, she wears many hats at E&M from accounting and payroll, to office management. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys cooking and being a mother to their four wonderful children.
Meet The Team
Steve
Lawn Care Team Lead
Steve joined the E&M team in April 2023. After an illustrious career in the insurance industry, Steve wanted to do more with his time and since he previously owned & operated his own lawn care service, he brings 25 years of knowledge and expertise to our company. In his free time, Steve loves to spend as much time as he can with his grandchildren and attend as many of their events & activities as possible. He looks forward to fishing and many outdoor activities with family.
Ezra
Lawn Care Professional
Ezra is a graduate of Buffalo High School. Ezra has been with E&M since 2019 and is currently attending Bemidji State University to pursue a career in nursing. Ezra helps out during the summer months and enjoys working outside. In his free time, Ezra enjoys hanging out with his friends, riding his motorcycle, updating on his car and working out.
Eddie
Lawn Care Professional
Eddie joined the E&M team in June 2023. An energetic young man, Eddie is working during the summer months at E&M. When Eddie is not working hard for our company, he enjoys fishing, hunting and playing hockey. We are pleased to have such a hard-working young man join the team. If you see Eddie on your property this season, be sure to say Hi!
Dakota
Lawn Care Professional
Dakota joined the E&M team in September 2024. He brings a good balance of eagerness and youth to the team and is always willing to help out wherever he is needed. In his free time, Dakota enjoys hanging out with friends and spending time with family. If you see Dakota in the near future, he is always willing to talk with customers.
Keith
Lawn Care Team Lead
Keith joined the E&M team in April of 2025. Keith has numerous years of lawn care and landscaping experience and is a welcome asset to our team. His customer service skills are top notch and he is always willing to go above and beyond for our customers. In his spare time, Keith enjoys spending time with family and enjoying the outdoors.
